Eightarc uses UPS Ground shipping for domestic continental orders, UPS Standard for Canadian orders and USPS Priority Mail for everything else. Orders outside of USA may be subject to fees to clear customs that buyers will be responsible for. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to process and fulfill after clearing Paypal.

Warranty
All items are protected for 90 days from purchase date against manufacturer defects. Opening the joystick voids the warranty. Modifying the product such as changing the faceplate, buttons, joystick, etcetera voids the warranty. Warranty does not cover unintended uses. Damage caused by the buyer is not covered under warranty. We will repair or replace items at our discretion. Shipping of damaged items is on you. Shipping of fixed/replaced items is on us.
Items Damaged During Shipping
If you receive items damaged from shipping you must contact us within 5 business days. We will send an electronic pre-paid shipping label to you. Once we receive the damaged items and inspect them, we will send you replacements. Shipping is on us.
Returns
For all returns, items must be unopened and in original shipping box. You must contact us within 10 business days of receiving your items. Shipping is on you and items must be received by us within 30 days of original purchase date. Once we receive the items and inspect them, we will issue a refund. All shipping costs are not refundable. A restocking fee of 15% off the total order will apply to any returns.
Cancellations
For all cancellations, the email must be sent to us before a tracking number has been generated. If a shipping label has already been generated, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Eightarc.com shall in no event be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, for injury to any property or to any person, by reason of the person’s negligence or otherwise in connection with the safe, delivery, installation or use of the products and/or provision of services pursuant to this agreement, and purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Eightarc.com against further liability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Eightarc.com shall in no event be liable for lost profits arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement. Neither Eightarc.com nor purchaser shall be liable for delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement arising out of causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantines, strikes, embargoes, or severe weather.
